Service Description
Introduce your kids to the beauty of the Spanish language in 2025 in a safe and fun way after-school from the comfort of home with our online afterschool group Spanish class for ages 7-11. Our classes are structured to enable new students to join us at any time by constant revision of the key elements such as counting, days, moths, weather and alphabet. During the course we learn about familiar subjects like animals, sports, clothing, parts of the body, food and drink, shopping, and more. We also learn about gender in language, sentence structure and basic grammar. Activities vary from week to week with listening, reading and writing with plenty of games, catchy action songs, role play and the colourful activity book. We also learn about Spanish geography as well as foods, culture and traditions from the Spanish speaking world. We collect virtual stickers each week in class and then real stickers and activity sheets are sent out in the post 6 times per year with the option to include a shiny medal with your certificate when we finish our course book. We aim to make our classes as inclusive as possible and the materials this group use are suitable for age 7+. Ideally students should be in school years 3-6. As well as using flash cards, props, drawing and videos - the classes involve reading and writing of Spanish words and short phrases in our games and the activity book. As this is an online class, younger students or those with additional needs may require support from a parent/carer until they are confident with the format of our reading and writing activities. Enrol here and pay your deposit to secure your child's space for terms 13&4 Jan-April 2025. The fees shown are for tuition only and do not include the £20 cost of the course book. Balance of fees will be invoiced at the start of term, with the amount for the book added to the invoice for new joiners. Potential students can also book a free trial of this class!

Cancellation Policy
Free & paid trials of group classes • One free class is permitted per customer, subject to availability. • Paid trial customers may book one trial class per group, per term. • Paid trials can be re-scheduled upon written request to info@todoelmundo.co.uk • Paid trials can be refunded with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Termly enrolment for group classes • A ‘term’ refers to a block of lessons that run with the local education authority academic calendar. Our classes run to three terms between September and July • Term booking are for a specified amount of lessons during the term dates • Should you be unable to attend your usual class, you can ask us about attending an alternative class on a different day during the same term to ensure you take the number of classes you are paying for • Missed classes ARE NOT transferable to future terms •We do not refund classes that you are unable to attend a class due to sickness, holiday or out of choice • If you pay for your classes with a direct debit and you cancel your plan mid-term, you will be billed for the remaining amount for any lessons in the current and any goods received • For advance enrolments we require at least 7 days notice prior to the date of the first class of the term to qualify for a refund/credit note or to reschedule Tutoring services • If you wish to cancel a tutoring class booking we require at least 24 hours notice prior to the time of the class by email to your tutor and info@todoelmundo.co.uk to qualify for a refund or reschedule • If you cancel tutoring class booking on the same day as the appointment there is a £15 charge, if you cancel the previous day but less than 24 hours before the charge drops to £10 • Should you fail to attend your tutoring class booking with no notice the full amount for service booked shall be charged Our full T&Cs can be viewed on the 'Our policies' page of our website at https://www.todoelmundo.co.uk/our-policies
