Service Description

We are super feliz to be continuing the legacy that emerged during the lockdowns with online events. Our Feliz Friday workshops and events are open to any adults learning Spanish as a foreign language, not just our students. May & June 2022 welcomes our third series of in-person workshops at New Oriel Hall for small groups of 5-8 students at all levels and a conversation evening with organic tapas in central Bath. If you would like further info about the workshop contents then please contact us. GCSE/A-level students welcome however under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Taller de sufijos apreciativos (diminutivos, aumentativos y despectivos) The appreciative derivation is a type of derivation that semantically alters a base word, modifying its meaning in a subjective, emotional way, for example: Gato(cat)--> Gatito(little cute cat) Coche(car)-->cochazo(big car, but meaning that is a very good car a ferrari is "un cochazo") Gente(people)-->gentuza(bad people) Levels: A1-A2-B1-B2 Beginner to lower-advanced
