Continue your journey to fluency in Spanish in a small, friendly, sociable group with native-speaking teachers, focusing on conversation and listening practice. This class is ideal for students who have completed beginner and lower-intermediate courses (up to CEFR A2) or have an A-Level in Spanish. Intermediate 2.1a module consolidates the use of past tenses (pretérito perfecto, indefinido, imperfecto) and expands vocabulary for personal experiences, emotions, and habits. Students practise expressing opinions, narrating past events, describing people, routines, and places, discussing social customs and workplace situations, and using verbs like dejar, ser, and estar to talk about rules, habits, obligations, and personality. Intermediate level 2 consists of six modules, each taking around two terms to complete. By the end of the Intermediate level 2 students can confidently express opinions, narrate experiences, and handle most everyday situations while travelling or interacting in Spanish-speaking environments. Using a range of tenses, including past, future, conditional, and the subjunctive, in familiar contexts. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and a 24hr reminder email with important links for venue & safety instructions, term dates for the year as well as course books & fees info. If you do not receive these emails, first check your junk, then get in touch before your first class.
