Booking terms & conditions
Booking Confirmation Your booking for our one-off events is confirmed upon receipt of payment (unless stated as a free event). A confirmation email will be sent to you as proof of your reservation. Rescheduling Policy - 24 Hours Notice: If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, you may request to reschedule your booking to a future event date (subject to availability). While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed. Refund Policy - Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the event, you will be eligible for a full refund. - Partial Refund: If you cancel your booking between 48 hours and 7 days before the event, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. - No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation Process To cancel your booking, please email us at info@todoelmundo.co.uk with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Event Changes We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option of transfer to an alternative date or a full refund. Liability We are not liable for any personal expenses incurred as a result of your booking or cancellation, including travel or accommodation costs. It is expected that attendees read any safety guidance linked in their reminder emails and follow the instructions provided. Agreement By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
