Our Intermediate Spanish class is ideal for learners with a recent GCSE, a rusty A-Level, or who have completed an A1 beginner course. Classes are sociable, supportive, and focus on real-life conversation to help you build confidence quickly. New joiners at the right level are welcome—unsure of your level - take the test or contact us for a level consultation. Module 1.1a focuses on describing past experiences, relationships, feelings, and opinions using the present and perfect tenses. You’ll discuss professions, personal strengths, skills, and achievements, explore biographies and learning strategies, and practise vocabulary for emotions, cinema, and personality adjectives, all in a friendly, engaging environment to help you gain fluency and confidence. Intermediate level 1 consists of five modules, each taking around two terms to complete. On completion of Intermediate 1, students can understand sentences and frequently used expressions in areas of immediate relevance, communicate in simple routine tasks, and describe aspects of their background, environment, and everyday needs. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and a 24hr reminder email with important links for venue & safety instructions, term dates for the year as well as course books & fees info. If you do not receive these emails, first check your junk, then get in touch before your first class.
