🥘 🏥 Please tell us about any allergies or medial/additional medical needs your child has. We will always email before brining any food to class. 🏡 We also require your home address for safeguarding.
📸 It is great to share our learning through social media, our Youtube channel and sometimes the local press. By consenting to being able to use your child's image they will be able to fully participate in filmed or photographed activities and for us to share these images online and in print.
Privacy: All the personal information collected on this student information form is requested to operate the agreement between you and us. It will not be passed on to any third party.
