Please help us keep classes safe, comfortable and well organised by following the practical guidance below.

 

• If you cannot attend: Please let us know as soon as possible. You can post an absence in your Group's online area or contact Todo el Mundo by email, text or WhatsApp - contact details are on the footer of our website and all booking/marketing emails.

• If you are unwell: Please do not attend class if you are feeling unwell.

​​

• Access or medical needs: Let us know about any access requirements or medical information that may affect your learning experience or be important in an emergency.

• In the classroom: Please keep bags, coats and other belongings out of walkways and use furniture, equipment and venue facilities safely.

​​

• Emergency procedures: Your tutor will point out the relevant fire exits and emergency arrangements when you first attend the class. Please follow your tutor's instructions in the event of an evacuation or other emergency.

• Extreme weather: When extreme heat or cold, severe weather or Met Office weather warnings make travelling to or using our venues unsuitable, we may move classes online to protect students and teachers. Where possible, classes will run online at the usual time. We will notify students by email with the Zoom link and will also share joining information in the relevant Group online area.

• Changes or concerns: Please tell your tutor or contact Todo el Mundo if you notice anything that could affect the safety or wellbeing of the class.
