Service Description
Introduce your kids to the beauty of the Spanish language in a safe and fun way after-school from the comfort of home with our online afterschool group Spanish class for ages 7-11. New students book a free trial of this class. During the course we learn about familiar subjects like animals, sports, clothing, parts of the body, food and drink, shopping, and more. We also learn about gender in language, sentence structure and basic grammar. Activities vary from week to week with listening, reading and writing with plenty of games, catchy action songs, role play and the colourful activity book. From time to time we also learn about Spanish geography, foods and traditions. We collect virtual stickers each week in class and then real stickers and activity sheets are sent out in the post 6 times per year with the option to include a shiny medal with your certificate when we finish our course book. We aim to make our classes as inclusive as possible and the materials this group use are suitable for age 7+. Ideally students should be in school years 3-6. As well as using flash cards, props, drawing and videos - the classes involve reading and writing of Spanish words and short phrases in our games and the activity book. As this is an online class, younger students or those with additional needs may require support from a parent/carer until they are confident with the format of our reading and writing activities. Enrol here for the 11 week spring term. Lessons are £8.50 per child, per 45min class. At the end of the booking form you can choose to 'pay now' to pay the full fees for the term. Or, select 'pay in person' I you wish to pay for the term in 3 instalments of £31.20. In addition to a booking confirmation & reminder emails with the zoom link you will receive a separate email with the links to set up a 3 or 6 month direct debit instalment plan with Gocardless and links to our top tips for parents. Activity books are compulsory for new joiners/new courses and cost £20 including home delivery (sibling copies are half price). Books are not included in the fees shown here or in the direct debit plan and will be invoiced separately at the start of term. Your child's place in the class is not secure unless you choose ‘pay now’ or until you have set up a direct debit plan when choosing ‘pay in person’. Cancellation Policy
• A ‘term’ refers to a block of lessons that run with the local education authority academic calendar. Our classes run to three terms between September and July • Term booking are for a specified amount of lessons during the term dates • Should you be unable to attend your usual class, you can ask us about attending an alternative class • Missed classes ARE NOT transferable to future terms •We do not refund classes that you are unable to attend a class due to sickness, holiday or out of choice • If you pay for your classes with a direct debit and you cancel your plan mid-term, you will be billed for the remaining amount for any lessons in the current and any goods received • For advance enrolments we require at least 7 days notice prior to the date of the first class of the term to qualify for a refund/credit note or to reschedule Cancellation policy for direct debits or payment plans • In the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances Todo el Mundo will consider cancelling or changing your subscription plan. Requests must be made by email to info@todoelmundo.co.uk • Any agreed changes to your plan will take place after we receive payment in full for all classes/services up to the date of change. • Any agreed cancellation will require settlement in full of the outstanding amount for all classes included in the plan from the start date to the end of the academic term in which the plan is requested to be canceled. • For plans cancelled at bank branch by customers before all payments have been recovered, we will seek recovery in full for the outstanding amount for all classes included in the plan, from the plan start date to the end of the academic term in which the plan is cancelled. • Any discount or promotion applied when purchasing a plan is revoked when a plan is cancelled or changed, and outstanding amounts will be charged at the full service value.
