Continue or return to Spanish with confidence in our Intermediate Level 1 classes – ideal if you’ve completed a beginner course or have a GCSE in Spanish. Our sociable, supportive classes focus on real-life conversation and help you build confidence quickly. New joiners with the right level are welcome at any point – contact us for a level consultation if you're unsure. Our intermediate level 1 course covers all core CEFR A2 level content with plenty of speaking and listening practice, divided into five modules, each taking up to two terms. Module 1.1a includes a quick recap of key areas from Beginners 1 and 2 then focuses on describing past experiences, relationships, feelings, and opinions, using key tenses like the present and perfect. You’ll talk about professions, personal strengths, skills and abilities, and explore themes like achievements, biographies, and learning strategies. With vocabulary covering emotions such as sentirse ridículo or dar vergüenza, and topics like cinema and personality adjectives, you’ll gain fluency and confidence in a friendly, engaging environment. Mid-term joiners welcome, new students joining from week 5 will only be charged for the remainder of the term. The price shown here is at the termly daytime class rate of £20 per class. To benefit from lower fees of £18 per class we offer direct debit plans for longer-term enrolment. Before your first class you will receive a detailed welcome message with venue info, course book details, term dates and direct debit plan options for the balance of fees or longer-term enrolment. Cancellation Policy
• A ‘term’ refers to a block of lessons that run with the local education authority academic calendar. Our classes run to three terms between September and July • Term booking are for a specified amount of lessons during the term dates • Should you be unable to attend your usual class, you can ask us about attending an alternative class • Missed classes ARE NOT transferable to future terms •We do not refund classes that you are unable to attend a class due to sickness, holiday or out of choice • If you pay for your classes with a direct debit and you cancel your plan mid-term, you will be billed for the remaining amount for any lessons in the current and any goods received • For advance enrolments we require at least 7 days notice prior to the date of the first class of the term to qualify for a refund/credit note or to reschedule Cancellation policy for direct debits or payment plans • In the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances Todo el Mundo will consider cancelling or changing your subscription plan. Requests must be made by email to info@todoelmundo.co.uk • Any agreed changes to your plan will take place after we receive payment in full for all classes/services up to the date of change. • Any agreed cancellation will require settlement in full of the outstanding amount for all classes included in the plan from the start date to the end of the academic term in which the plan is requested to be canceled. • For plans cancelled at bank branch by customers before all payments have been recovered, we will seek recovery in full for the outstanding amount for all classes included in the plan, from the plan start date to the end of the academic term in which the plan is cancelled. • Any discount or promotion applied when purchasing a plan is revoked when a plan is cancelled or changed, and outstanding amounts will be charged at the full service value.
